Welcome to the Official Site of Chris Clayton
Next Event: Chris is determined to be back on track in 2010 after a financially tough 2009 season.
He is currently pushing hard to secure a 2010 deal and we will update the website with his progress.

He quickly stepped up to cars at the age of 15 and competed in the Ginetta Junior Championship. In his first rookie year of the championship he finished 12th. He started his second year in the Ginetta Junior championship in 2007 with great results by finishing 3rd in the Spring cup. These results continued throughout the year by regularly visiting the podium and by getting a win at croft. Chris was running second in the championship but finished fourth due to an unfortunate last round at Brands Hatch.

Chris stepped up to the 300bhp Ginetta G50 race cars in 2008 and used the year as a testing year with one off race outings with Xero competition.
Chris is now competing in the newly named Speed series  with a Xero- Competition run Ligier JS49.
